Upload content and syndicate it with an RSS feed in no time at all
Most PR and Marketing people are not technically adept at building or coding websites. Yet now that the Internet has become the medium of choice for product infomation and news, we have to find ways to use these tools without having to pay fees to webmasters or wait in line at the IT department.
There are some options – online Media rooms have all the bells and whistles. The DVCO Media Room adopted by PR Newswire now offers RSS feeds.
On the other end of the spectrum you can create an RSS feed on your site with services like Feedburner. But most of the RSS services don’t add the content to your website.
My clients wanted a product that could easily upload and add the content they are generating AND put it into an RSS feed right away – but at an affordable price and without all the bells and whilstles of a large media room.
So I worked with a developer and the result is PRESSfeed
it was launched this weekend and is getting a good reponse from PR and Marketing people.
If you have been wondering about RSS, and how to implement it on your site easily and quickly at a low cost, PRESSfeed may be the answer.
