Almost everyday I meet someone who asks me, “How do I keep up with the new ideas in social media?” The other question I get very often is, “How do I figure out how a new idea relates to my work in PR?”
Since the puprose of PRoactive is to assist PR practitioners to identify new trends and technologies, and stay abreast of these new ideas that affect the practice of PR, I’m going to publish a list of articles I think are useful for PR folk each week.

Using Twitter as an alert channel for reaching, educating and informing customers can be incredibly effective and efficient, says Bonde and he makes the point that Twitter is increasingly a powerful discussion starter.
