New research from EmailLabs advises e-mail marketers to keep subject lines short and hyperlinks plentiful.

A successful web content strategy has to take into account the fact that it can take at least seven interactions with a new visitor before  hey decide to do business with you.

You have to keep them coming back.

New and interesting content is the best way to entice them back again and again. But in their busy lives they will probably forget to revisit your website, even if they bookmark you.
