Web based analytics tools produce innovative content

Sixty-nine percent of 1,040 communications professionals surveyed worldwide this summer by London-based Benchpoint Intelligent Measurement said they use software tools to measure the effectiveness of their marketing communications, while most of the minority who don’t currently measure said they intend to.
