Consumers place far more trust in their fellow consumers than they do in traditional marketers and advertisers.

Never a truer word spoken. Blogs and other CGM are making a strong impact.
Brand websites rated well. 8% of those surveyed said they trust brand websites completely.
Newspapers, magazines, TV and search engine ads did not fare so well – only rated 1 or 2% .
